i just moved web host and i need to know how to get all my data form my board off the old server and move it over to the new can anyone help me out here

if you have a phpMyAdmin program running, make a database dump from the forum tables
then copy your Settings.php and template.php,
if you've changed anything from Sources directory or other files, u might want to copy those too

then in the new host, install a fresh board (i find this faster than uploading each one of the old files), edit your Settings.php to match your new host configs, then upload (overwrite) your Settings.php and template.php and other files that u might have changed
then go to your phpMyAdmin, and run the SQL queries from that dump file
