Other javascript won't work??

I've installed YaBB SE at http://www.5adaycenter.com/5aday/yabbse/index.php.  I use a dhtml menu on the rest of my site,  and when I added the code to YaBB SE's template.php file, the javascript code is in the source, but it won't display the menu.

Can anyone help?
