I wrote a little script which is a variation of SSI.php to show some forum information you can put on your main page....

If anyone is interested let me know and I can post the script here for you....

I'd be interested - would like to show latest updated topic of the forum in the home page - preferably on a board by board basis - ie only want the most recent post for board#2 on one page, board#3 on a diff. page.

Get this file: www.newtiburon.com/Stats.zip

Then place users.php in your index and place info.php in your yabbse directory...

You can then refer to the users.php file from you main page using server side includes with the following code: <!--#include virtual="./users.php" -->

Let me know if you have any problems....

"save as" is not possible, you'll get empty pages :(

I make my homepage index.shtml and i put the include line but is not working.
Any suggestion ?

Did you put the files in the right directory? Also edit info.php and make sure the path toward the top is correct for your server...

By default this script assumes the following....

The page you are including the script on is your homepage and its located on the bottom spot of your domain .... (For example... www.yahoo.com/index.html)
now you would want to place the users.php in the same dir as the index file...and the info.php would go in www.yahoo.com/yabbse/info.php
