How do I change the "I'm a llama" default quote thingy to something else?

Edit the language file, i.e. "english.lng".

I tryed this I changed
$txt[209] = "I\'m a LLama!";
to
$txt[209] = "I\'m a Gaited Horses Fan!";

And the yabb menu (image display) no longer displayed on the board.

I performed the edit in notepad, uploaded in ASCII, chmod on unix system to 777 (when it did not work initally) still the same result.

HELP!

There seems to be a english.lng file in the root directory as well as the SOURCES directory.

Which one isn't meant to be there?

I suppose you changed more than $txt[209] in the language file, without being aware of.

If you are getting parse errors or other errors after you modified the language file, then the best remedy is to upload your backup of the language file and restart with your changes.
