If a user posts over 500 then they are a YaBB God even if the are female. Can someone post the code to have it say YaBB God if they are male and YaBB Goddess if they are female?

Should be able to use a if/then somewhere right?

I would, but I never did approve of YaBB's "giving" the Lord's title to people, simply because they reached a certain amount of posts.

Roll your eyes all you want, but it's a valid question. There are certainly uses for it other than God/Goddess.

Why even respond at all if you're morally opposed to helping? ::)

i guess you can put it in english.lng

if memsettings[gender]==female then $god = 'goddess'

not sure if it would work in there but you can try.

To me that is blamphemous because i am a christian. I don't think calling mortals god is a good idea at all.

I think that is a novel idea. And there are other applications besides God/Goddess. King/Queen; Emperor/Emperess; Sorcerer/Sorceress; Webmaster/Webmistress - I think you all get the point.  For those that are uncomfortable using the term God, don't.

I'll try groundup's suggestion and let you know if it works. :)

But if you hadnt replied to the thread then it wouldnt have been moved back to the top and would have all been forgotten about.  ::)

So anywhoooo,

leaving all the religous junk on the side of the plate, are there and atheist or agnostic writers out there who do know how to pull this off?

I think it's a bit dumb only having one set of titles for both male and female anyway. We have the option to show our gender, the least we could do would be to recognise that fact -

We're not all llama's you know  ;D
