Problem with my template

I cant seem to change the font sizes of board(?) descriptions, in this case "Here you can talk about cars"

Cars
Here you can talk about cars
Moderators: xxx,xxx

Everything else can be changed to 10px but that just stays in 12px allthough I change it in the template(windowbg2)
Also the hello you have x messages stays in 12px (TD if I remember right)
