Are there any news for 1.4.1 version? i have check the post and i saw nothing yet for 1.4.1 version. (have installed the mod on 1.4.1 but wont work)

Anyone had success with this on 1.4.1?

Its working great on my 1.3.1 board.. but i must upgrade....

My members would kill me if they lost their mood mod!

I don't think that it's available...I ended up losing mine when I upgraded.

Thanks!  One question...about the english part...I downloaded the mod, but the instructions are in german...

What should I do assuming I upgraded from 1.3.1 and had the moods mod running on it before upgrading?

You only have to use BoardMod and add <yabb mood> to your template at the place you want. If you have already done that, forget it .

the tag is still there in my template...I'll run boardmod and see if that "reactivates" it

that didn't do it...I already had the tag in place, i ran boardmod and it completed fine...i uploaded files and nothing.  then i deleted my moods table and uploaded and ran the moods_db.php file and that gave an error:

Error, couldn't add moods field.Duplicate column name 'mood'

but it says to ignore this error at the bottom...it still doesn't display...

I don't know of anything else to try...  ;(


by the way, it put a "user's mood" with broken images (it put the smilie name but no extension on it) even though they appear correct in the "installed mods" section of the admin section of my site.  either way, there are no moods to choose from where the tag is in my template

Call me crazy but I installed it everything works fine, but the only traces of the mod are the add mood and edit mood and when i click on them it brings me back to the board index! HELp

Did you upload the Moods.php file?

I would personally not recommend installing this mod for numerous reasons.

1.) This reason covers all the other reasons: It was coded when I was still a PHP newb.
2.) It's slow
3.) It's a security exploit, it allows people to put HTML in each of their posts (if they parse the url to set their mood right, they can make it accept HTML.)

Only YaPP contains the fixes
