I ca't be bothered replying individually, but if you still need help/support on this or any of my mods I dont mind you getting in contact with me while I'm online (ICQ/AIM whatever). That's the easiest way to find if there is a problem with the mod.

After installing the mod I can't open the "Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options" in the Admin menu anymore - I get a blank screen. (YabbSE 1.51 RC42)

Installed 1.5.1, and installed this mod, and everything went smoothly, almost.

I had to have the mod create the folder for me, and then I had to change the permission (chmod) it to 755. I then went into the 'Add more Smilies' place in the admin section, deleted all of the smileys, and placed them into the smilies folder, and it works beautifully

My script created the folder for you, but it didn't chmod it to 755? That's odd. I haven't anywhere currently to test the CHMODing () in my script.

What do you mean you can't open it anymore? Did you install this mod before? And the current releae is set for 1.5.1RC1 38. There shouldn't be any problems with 42 though...

Well, I had to do some modifications to the mod-file to install it properly with RC42.

After uninstalling it I can see the "Modify Settings" again... It was a fresh install of RC42.

Whoops! The mod file CHMOD's it 666! Don't know how that happened, I'm fixing the file now. Sorry about that!

Hey Big P,
all is working ok with version 2.0 but there is a problem:
It's all ok if i put my smiles in the smiles folder while it doesn't work at all if i use the admin "add more smiles" control panel, in fact when i manually add a smile it doesn't work (no smiles will be added).
So i'm using the folder option that is more reliable.

Noidal, are you able to tick the boxes in the Mod Settings area and have the settings saved? (The Smilies settings)
All these weird errors! I've no idea why I don't get any of them, so if you want help please Contact me somehow so I can test your forum to find these problems...

i can tick the boxes (i chosed to use the smiles folder in fact) and they're saved yes.

I have a seperate free account and I was putting a couple of big (15+kb) smilies to there and linking to them when I was using Yabb Sp.1.1  But this seems to don't let that.  Or am I missing something?  Thank you.

No, that works fine. The mod itselfs runs fine in every aspect.

Here is the mod. I modified it so it can run with german settings and with RC42. Just changed english.lng to german.lng and so on.

After downloading just change the extension from "gif" to "rar" and unpack it.

I already emailed you about. Because the files are read from a smilies folder it's not possible unless I change the way the mod is coded. And, this is the first request for that feature since this mod was released a long time ago.

Yes it works. Seems BoardMod just made same mistakes with replacing some code, so have I have to check it manually. Works now and the Modsettings are now displayed again.
