Converting large SP1 board.

When I convert my board is it just going to use info from my SP1 or is it going to overwrite the old SP1 board. Basically I am asking if I do the upgrade will the old SP1 board still be there in case I want to revert back to it.

Also, does the current SE release have the capability of converting SP1 to SE. I noticed at the bottom of a page it states that a converter is in the works.

Yes it should work, The upgrade script works wonderful.

Does it leave the old CGI board alone or does it overwrite it? I would like to have the old version to hang around a while in case I need it in the future.

Can I just download the ".zip (Upgrade Version)" and install it or do I also have to download a seperate convertor?

Sorry if these are stupid questios but I am new to this PHP and I want to do it right the first time so the site doesn't go down for a long time.

It doesn't touch your old install at all so it will remain there. yes you can jst take it from the zip.
