New web host / save old messages?

I am changing my web host (server). Is it possible to save the old messages, members, settings etc.?

I am using PHPAdmin to handle my sql-files...

Yes, just make a dump of structure and data and then insert that at your new host. (use phpmyadmin to make the dump)
