Help with a template!

I want to install this template:

http://boardmod.yabbforum.com/templates/preview.php?id=6

but when i insert it into the edit forum template area, and i save it doesnt work! it just stays the same as...this..what this board looks like

delete template.php

also, make sure that template.html is chmodded to 777.
