It's actually very fast for me and I'm at work where it's typically horribly slow.  Do a trace route and see if there is bottleneck somewhere...

Well.... 230 ms to yabb.info, that's not too bad.

Everything is really fast, the boardindex, the messageindex, but when I open a thread it's really slow.
So I doubt if it's the connection?

yes some threads for me are slow as well, will have to look at what is causing that...

I think Spawn7 is right by the way....all threads started or replied in by Gandalf are terribly slow...

I checked that after he made a remark about that in the Chit Chat forum...

Maybe some code in his signature causes the slowdown? I noticed that when you push reply in such a thread, it's lightning fast. (It doesn't display avatars and the signature then)
