1.how about an mp3 player that streams so i can blast the beats on my site while viewing  the forums

2. Master Template where you could have the user change it to the template he wants to view.

3.and a window popup of a giant penguin dancing(i ran out of ideas and u cant say crazy ideas unless u got 3+ )

Its called "Windows Media Player" or "Winamp."

Possible. But not worth the effort, since most people put a lot of effort into making their template just the way they want it.
