Just an opinion, but shouldn't the software return a member to the thread that he just replied to.  Not to the category?

My question - why?  I know some people are used to it but it's another thing that is 50-50.  I myself prefer being sent to the category.

The reason we have it like this is the way the forum logs read topics.

Good enough.  I suppose it will just take a little getting used to.  So how does the forum log the read topics.  Is there the potential for an option in the setup to send a member back to the category or the topic?

Great software BTW.  It's TOO easy to install.  :D  I love it.  With YaBB I always ran into problems with the install.  With this I had my first install up and running in 5 minutes (this included setting up the folders and database).  I'm also loving the built in Package Manager.  That just rocks.  You guys are definitely on the right path to something great.  Keep it up.
