Ive installed my YaBB SE board on spaceports, after giving up on my account on coolfreepages.com, cool, more like cold!  ;)

I get through the installation, and when im putting in my admin details, I get error messages:

Anyone know whats up with it, im really stuck and not that good with PHP/MySql.

EDIT --> I also get a parse error when I open index.php, from line 247, if that helps?

spaceports is in safe mode, so it most likely couldn't modify Settings.php

open it up, and make sure settings are right.  Particialrly the database connection settings.

Right, Ive editied my boards settings.php, they are all fine, but im still getting both errors!  ::)

Right, my board is working, BUT, I now need to know how to create an admin account w/o having admin access, is this possible, because the install.php didnt do it for me? GOD, I hope it is!

EDIT --> Or is there a default admin user already set up?

there *should* be a default admin password....

l/p is admin/admin I think....

It doesnt work, "User name doesnt exist", do I have to edit the database itself? Please dont tell me I do, it'll ruin an already bad day for me! :(
