ini_get() Warning - is this fine?

the first install.php gives me this:

Warning: ini_get() has been disabled for security reasons. in /install.php on line 27

what does it means?

crapte - that's a pain. Use the safe mode installation method.

Download the safe mode stuff - upload the unzipped and run the install.php in that package.

If you get an error about writing the Settings.php (as you most likely will considering they won't even giv eyou access to ini_get) skip over it, and edit Settings.php by hand after the isntall.

ok. manual settings.php edit done, new error :
