Sources problem

 Can someone explain how I can fix this please?

Error while trying to browse package manager

2: fopen("http://www.yabb.info/packages/as/package.list","r") - No such file or directory
(/users/coolfreepage.com/zippo/forum/Sources/PackageGet.php ln 122)

These are both CHMODED to 666 is this correct?

The first one is because your avatars path in Settings.php isn't set correctly.  It needs to be the actual path and not a URL.

The second one may be restrictions on your install of PHP but make sure you have the address correct first.
