Can someone eplain to me what Karma Mod does or point me in the right direction so i can read about it thanks...

The 'Karma' mod is User Rating System of sorts. If someone is being nice, people may 'Appluad' the person and he/she's Karma will go up.  But if someone is being rude, mean, etc. they can 'Smite' the person which would cause their Karma to go down. (SideNote: The number's can go into the negative's too)
