New package download error

I get this error when I want to download a package

An Error Has Occurred!

what should i do to fix it as i have chmodded everything right...... :(

Hang tight for Matt, he knows the Package Manager well and that package you are trying to download is from him so I'm sure he can help you out. I think Zef wrote v1 of Package Manager so he may know too. Just wait a little bit for them to reply here.
