What file contains the member levels?  I want to change them back to the names I had given them in my old forum?  What file are they in?

ie. Jr. Member, Full Member, Senior Member, YaBB God

those values are stored in the DB. u can simply goto the Admin CP and change them from there.

and this isnt the place to have asked this.
