safe instaler error _again and again

I tried many times but after installer create tables, and when i tried to create my admin account instaler report me this error :Error: Access denied for user: 'igor@localhost' (Using password: NO). Note that I did not use name igor anywhere!
Is there any possibility to edit some files  manualy after instalation. It seems that somethings go wrong with this last step and there must be some way to edit this manualy??  ???

 ??? ok i instaled it now. installer did report the same error again but... now i have the board on line but i can9t log in with my admin username and password. no i did not forget it!! what the hack is this???

Yes, edit the settings.php file. It's pretty easy to understand.
