It could always been drawn on paper scanned in and then slowly painted... or using a tablet you can skip the paper step... but nothing beats a #2 Pencil... and an erasor! And i've never like PS 6.0 they screwed with the interface to much... pissed me off i tell ya. 5.5 is still great... and see the Eyecandy filter set's... used to have them.  I have Kai's Power Tools 6 (KPT6) which is a great Filter set!

I got Photoshop 6 and PSP 5. I can't figure out how to get the damn Photoshop filters to work in PSP. Can they even do that in PSP 5?
