Done! Sorry, dunno how to make them into a package.  here they ar as a zip, (I only did the big buttons, are the small ones also affected?):

Although I had to remove most of the dithering around the edge, so if you've got a light template you're better off using the original ones.

The buttons are smooth now as well.

As far as I remember the small buttons were ok.

Christian Land is redoing the buttons too. So maybe you should contact him.
