If you are referring to the YaBBSE logo on the top left..

You can make a 400x50 banner gif and rename it selogo.gif , upload that into your yabbse/YaBBImages folder to overwrite the logo. You can change the size/attributes via your template... search the code for 'selogo.gif'. If that's what you mean in the first place.  :P

No need to make it 400x50 (or any other size for that matter) because the default template doesn't actually specify the width and height attributes:

<td valign="middle" align="left" bgcolor="#ffffff"><img alt="logo" src="YaBBImages/selogo.gif" /></td>

So of course it would be better if it did but, since the same is true of all the images (which folk might replace with new ones of different sizes), I can understand why. For something as obvious (and large?) as a logo, however, I'd rename the file and specify these attributes if I were you!
