Smilies Not working

Problem Description:
Hi all,

This is strange. On our board I can see all the smilies and all the pictures. But alot of users are telling me that they cannot see any of the smilies? Why would this be happening.

I use a mac with internet explorer 5. Now most are using pcs, could someone please help as I dont understand why they are not working.

What other info is needed.

It is on the boards where they cannot see them. I have not changed anything on the boards, just that the users say they cannot see the smilies.

Well, can you give me a link to a topic they can't see them in?

Do you have image size limiting enabled?  Or are the boxes set to something other than 0? (blank is not 0!!)

Hi there,

Yes I think we have that enabled. Is that where you restrict the width size etc.. of uploads.

Yes, check your settings.. I believe they are probably set at 5 or something.

Admin - Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options - Max width of posted pictures..  

IMO, I never had problems with mine disabled. I have it disabled, set with 0's.
