[Done 1.54/1.55] More Calendar Settings

Someone wanted to do this, so I made a mod out of it.

This mod adds three new calendar settings to the Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options area, allowing you to choose what to display on the calendar, just like the things that let you choose what to display on the board index.

Instructions: Install the mod with boardmod, then upload and run the dbmod file.

EDIT: Found some more problems and fixed them. Update is in the zip file. Please let me know if you find any more problems.

I got to the third step (3 of 4) in BoardMod and it gave me error message 'String not Found' in file Calendar.php.

I double checked manually and the code >>>

doesn't seem to exist in my Calendar .php file. (?)

Hmmm... That should be under the section for editing modsettings.php. I'll fix the mod in a bit.

Mod fixed. I also forgot a step in there somehow. Everything should work now.
