not allowed to edit profile

Problem Description:
One of my users (a global moderator) cannot access the edit profile page. It keeps giving him this message :
An Error Has Occurred!

You are not allowed to change this person's profile.

This happens while he is logged on under his name. Is it a setting that i have overlooked? If so is it in "forum prefrences and settings", "installed 'Mods' settings and options" or "Modify supermods settings?"

I'm kinda dumb at this so your help is very much appreciated. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

If you've got Supermod installed and that's what causing it, you'll have to ask over at the Supermod forum. Otherwise, it's possibly a cookie problem, but I'd start with the Supermod people anyway!
