Can't find location to change the color

Ok, I driven myself crazy looking, now I'll ask someone.  On the home page, under all the catagory/board listings there is a box that contains the "New Post" and "No New Posts" on the left side and the "Mark as Read" button on the right.  I want to change the color of the text on the left. (New Posts and No New Posts)  Can someone tell me where this can be done.  Thanks

they are images! you need to open them in any graphic prog and edit them and save them back.
