Receiving private messages in my e-mail

Problem Description:
For some reason I've started receiving some peoples private messages to each other at my e-mail address.

The only thing I have done is added my e-mail address in forum preferences where it used to have the [email protected] address or whatever it was.

Also when I sent a private message last night the person got it both as a private message and in their e-mail as well.

Any suggestions to stop that happening would be appreciated.

This has been discussed in several other thread over the past few days.
Basically, if the user has email notification for private messages enabled, they will recieve an email whenever they get a new private message.

However.. if that email bounces, it will be sent back to the sender.  In this case, you.

If you're getting a lot of them, you might want to tell your users to use correct email addresses in their profiles or turn off notification in their instant message box.
