repair, etc on database

Problem Description:
when I was having trouble with yabbse_polls, [Unknown] suggested me to do this

REPAIR, ANALYZE, and OPTIMIZE the table.  If you can, check the hard disk on the server for errors.  Make sure your server isn't getting unexpectedly shut down.

I'd like to do the same, but to every table in the databse, what would be the command for it?

You can do this in phpmyadmin just by selecting all your tables, then selecting the commands from the drop down menu..
