Help Me Please!! Urgent!!

Problem Description:
  I can't open my webboard if my webboard attach file or picture , but if my webboard not attach file i can open it ..

Make sure that in "Installed Mods and Settings" you do not have limits for picture sizes.

Yes.. i'm sure that .. and i try in many way , but i don't know why i can't open

I'd turn off attachments temporarily.

This problem is generally caused by image size limiting (in Installed 'Mods' Settings and Optiosn) being set to something other than 0 on certain servers.

Log in as the Administrator.  In the Admin menu, you will see a section that says:

Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options

Click that.  Now once the page loads, look for a section that says

Max width of posted pictures
Max height of posted pictures

Warning: enabling the max width/height restriction might decrease speed significantly!


Make sure that both the "Max width" and the "Max height" boxes have ZERO in them and no other numbers!

Once you put zeroes in the boxes, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and find the SAVE button.  Click that button.

Now go back to a thread which contains an attachment and check to see how long it takes to load.

um. i do follow Shadow's Pawn  say . but in the both box already have 0 in it .   before i can use this webboard usually .after i go to delete data in phpmyadmin and use Fix Board Option and then My webboard have " Salvage Area "  So i can't delete it from my webboard , i don't know that concern about this..  Thank You Everybody for pay ur time to helpme
