Problem Description:
I'm installing SE in Safe Mode. I followed the initial instructions to upload all of the files individually. I set permissions. Now I go to http://ironage.us/yabbse/install.php and I get the message "Warning! It appears that safe mode is enabled".

It is enabled, of course. Should I get a different message at this point or should I just go ahead and continue with the installation?

Go ahead and install this anyways.  If you've uploaded the safemode package, you're fine.  :)

So now I'm trying to convert my Gold to SE. I get the messages:

Converting Settings...

File /home/ironage/public_html/cgi-bin/YaBB/Variables/membergroups.txt not found

File /home/ironage/public_html/cgi-bin/YaBB/Variables/oldestmes.txt not found
File /home/ironage/public_html/cgi-bin/YaBB/Variables/reserve.txt not found
File /home/ironage/public_html/cgi-bin/YaBB/Variables/reservecfg.txt not found


So it's not finding the files- but they're all there!!! Whassup with dat??
