MySQL Version: 4.0.x
Server Platform: Windows

Problem Description:
I am using sessions on my website, and now when i try to log out, i get this:

An Error Has Occurred!

Session check failure. Please try again.

Most likely the session wasn't started. If you hover over the logout and the link shown in the status window at the bottom ends in sesid=  and then nothing, it doesn't have a session.

See that weird line of numbers and letters?  That part is the session id... and if it's not RIGHT, you won't get logged out.

You have to make the URL use sesc=' . session_id() . '.
