i'm a duplicate user!

Problem Description:
the username i use in my forum (i am the admin and i use "luiscamino" as username) seems to be duplicated everywhere. in the stats, in the member list... here you can see it, under the top ten posters: http://www.clubsonyericsson.com/foro/index.php?board=;action=stats

"luiscamino" is duplicated, each having more or less the same posts. this happens since the installation of the forum some weeks ago, and each entry always increases the number of posts so they both seem to be "active" but i believe it's the same. no other user is called luiscamino.

what can be the problem?

Hmm... well, then... use phpMyAdmin to delete one of them....

hmm... i have browsed the table yabbse_members in phpmyadmin and yes, there are two users with the same, memberName and realName and the rest of the data.

but they have different IDmember. one is "1" and the other "2566" which makes clear which ones is the "original" and which one is the duplicate.

in order to see what happens i have renamed the duplicate one's membername and realname fields. logically, the user still appears in the forum's memberlist. but i have another problem. if i want to make this user moderator of a forum, it says "this user don't exist and therefore can't be moderators of this forum" and then the moderators field appears blank. even if i modify anything of a forum (say, the description) and i am moderator of that forum (remember, we're talking about my own username), it also gives that error and removes that username of the moderators field.

so what should i do?

i usually used my display name to make myself moderator of forums, but now it doesn't work with real(user)name either.

No, realName is your display name.  You have to use the memberName one...

So, here I'm "unknown" - I can't use "[Unknown]".

well i don't know which is each one, i say that i've tried both names ('m "admin" but my displayname is "luiscamino" and neither work).
