Cant Access Outbox in Im Section

Problem Description:
When trying to access my IM outbox I get page cannot be displayed.  I'm thinking that my outbox is to full and timing out causing the "page cannot be displayed" message.

I have asked our Admin to see if they can delete all of my outgoing messages but was told they werent sure if they could.

Anyone know how to fix the problem?

To delete all your outgoing IMs, ask the admin to run this query in phpMyAdmin:

DELETE FROM instant_messages
WHERE fromName='your user name';

But note that this will also delete them from the recipients' inboxes!
