Can't Lock File

Problem Description:
Since this morning we get this strange error for the guests: Database Error: Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.


Then I login, and it is saying:

Can't lock file (errno: 29)
File: /var/www/html/board/Sources/Security.php
Line: 50

Seems to be a problem in the banned table. i tried to drop it and redo the default structure but I cant do anything to it, says the same error about not being able to lock file.....

You can try repairing the ban table via phpMyAdmin or you should ask your host to repair this for you.
