Polls Limit and Upgrades

Problem Description:
Hi all.

I would like to ask whether I can have my polls on my forum with more than 8 answers.

Also, my friend did the installation of yabbse and do not know how to upgrade.  Mine is 1.4.1.  Should I upgrade.  Is it complicated?

YES you should upgrade!!  And as soon as possible!  There are a myriad of security holes in your board right now.

It is very easy to upgrade if you use the Yabbpack server.

You cant have more than 8 poll choices, smf will enable you to but not currently (there was a mod to allow it though...)

And yes you should upgrade, 1.54 will perform much better and there are known security issues with 1.4x which means you are at risk of being hacked.

The upgrade is relatively simple, and if you need help theres people willing to help you.

http://www.yabbse.org/download.php - you need to upgrade to them in turn, ie not just goto the latest version.

The download page says:

1.3.0 -> 1.4.1 (upgrade) -> 1.5.4 (upgrade)

I`m in 1.4.1.   So if I`m not mistaken I can upgrade to 1.5.4 at one go.  

1.5.4 is the latest version isn`t it?
