Problem Description:
Hi,

Is it possible to apply the time offset entered in my board to the news included on my homepage?

ex:
- My webhost's time is GMT.  I want EST, so I enter -6 as the time offset.
- I include news with News.php.  I want my news to me EST too, not GMT.

So, is it possible?  Or maybe I will need to modify News.php?
