error after converting

Problem Description:
I just converted my yabb gold 1.3.1 board to yabbse 1.5.3 and am getting this weird error:

Warning: main(../Settings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/morning/public_html/yabbse/index.php on line 2

is there any way to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, nevermind that. I re-did the installation and conversion and it all works now the only problem I have is that eventhough all my members converted successfully, it does not say so in the index view. It only says "Total Members:1 "

Is there a way to fix that?
