3 files, that's it.  Launch readme.html in your web browser for installation instructions.  :)

If you want ALL the files, then download the safe mode package.  Please note that the package you downloaded includes all these files also, but they are compressed into that *.ya file.  Running install.php will extract them all from it.
Try looking over the readme.html file that was inside the archive you have if you have questions..
