admin center error

Problem Description:
i get this error when trying to change anything in the admin center..
2: fopen(/forums/Settings.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied
(/forums/Sources/Admin.php ln 1626)
i only have the problem editing forum preferences and settings. the actual board owner can change the settings in there but neither of us can save changes to the template. we get that error..

CHMOD Settings.php 666 (may need to set it 777).  That'll fix your problem.
