Yes I did.  But when it said Success!!! You can now login.

When I hit the button it said incorrect password.  So I thought mmmmm.  So I hit the login button at the top and same thing.  Incorrect password.  So then I thought mmmm.  and cleared out my temporary internet files and tried again, same thing.

So that is when I hit the 'forgot passwor' button and it emailed me a password.  I tried using that and it didn't work either.

I'm having the same problem here. I registered, chose a password, got the screen saying "Success, you are now a member of the forum."

Alas, when I hit Login, it told me the password was incorrect. The one I got when using the "forgot password" option worked, though.

I registered again, to see whether it was my fault (I though I had forgotten to enter a password the first time round), but it did it again. Seems like you can't choose your own password. Well, you can, but it won't work.  ;D

Hmmm, edit:

This happened twice now. I was trying to quote your post and answer to it. When I hit preview, the preview screen was somehow messed up. I hit post and it didn't post the message but instead posted the html code you see up  there.

Ok, third time, but this time I have the evidence to prove it. Here's a screenshot of what the preview screen looked like:

Let's see whether you did. By the way, sorry for posting that huge screenshot, I just downsized it a bit so it would fit on the page.

Ok, you did. Which takes us back to what I was originally going to say.  ;)

Uhmmm, I forgot.

No, wait, I remember.

I wanted to tell you that the login problem was indeed solved. I registered again under a new name and it worked like a charme. But ultimately, registering again led me to the next bug. This one might already have been reported, but here goes:

Considerate user that I am, I wanted to delete the two accounts I had created in order to test that login/password thingy. I couldn't delete them, though. When I went to the profile page and hit "Delete user", I got the following error:

8: Use of undefined constant user - assumed 'user'
(/home/httpd/html/yabbinfo/www/community/Sources/Profile.php ln 514)

By the way, there are some things I rather like about YaBB SE. One is the fact that it shows every reply to a topic in the "Recent posts". Not just the last reply, as YaBB Gold does.
