How to create language packs/avatar sets

its all diferent picticres, but i think all are under 100x100 Pixel

If they're not all to big I would appreciate it sending them to my through e-mail (rarred, zipped I don't care). If they're very big altogether please upload the zip/rar file somewhere so I can download it from there

i already have an idea for a mod, you have a link in the profile, you click on it, then a window-popup, in this window you can find different avatar-categories, like games and computer, you click on a categorie, then you have an preview of all avatars in the categire, like this, but this are smilies:  . so you have a preview of the avatars. If you click on one avatare, you have it in you're profile.
