allow users to send a request to join a membergroup, and it will send a single person, or how ever many people i select as that special person to recieve the im, and then that person can either accept it, or reject. and it will automatically add the person that requested to join that membergroup.

use the IM feature: tell your members to send you or other admins IMs ;)
imo, its quite useless to code for something that can be done in an easier way

that what they do now, i dont see how this is easier than automatic, but oh well.
