would be very handy if you could make appointments with multple members:
- suggesting several dates (june 14th 12-14 h, june 15th 12-14 h., june 17th 10-12 h, etc)
- all members get an IM to say per date if they are available: yes, no or maybe
- the person that is initiating the appointment can remind people by sending an IM to people who haven't responded yet and can close it by picking the final date (based on the responses)
I got this idea from a dutch site doing this (as it's only functionality, and by email), but think with YaBBse this would be much easier:
- there is a calendar already
- there is IM
- the member are registered already
- you 'just' need to initiate 'picking a date'
