How to add member to membergroup?

How do i create a new membergroup fx called EO and link all users with [EO]name to it.

I need it so i can create hiddenforum to EO members fx..

Go to you admin panel and click on edit member groups.
There's a box where you can add additional member groups, add you new one there. Then, view member XX's profile, click Modify, scroll to the bottom and there should be a pull down box titled Position. Select the appropriate member group from there.
