Yabbse connecting to itself (Log Enclosed)??

What causes the board or what was the original purpose of having the board connect to itself via Port80???

Note: My IP has been changed to protect the innocent

64.0.0.0 is my server.

I searched the FAQ's and saw no mention of this, if it has ben gone over I apologize.
