Hey, I did this for PfaBB, but apparently the attachments manager page is still the same as Yabb SE, so this mod should work for everyone.
This is what it does:
- breaks up the attachments by file extension. The attachments grid includes a header row for each extension type you allow, and files matching that extension are listed directly below.
- includes a filter so that you can view only one particular file type
- when you are viewing a filtered list, all the operations on that page pertain to just that list. So if you are looking at all your txt files, then clicking "delete all" will ONLY delete your txt files. Same goes for files larger than and files older than options
This is a BETA, like the subject line says. I did some testing on it, but because I have like no attachments on my site, I had to add them for testing, and I didn't add that many. It should be fine, but YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR DATABASE AND YOUR ATTACHMENTS DIRECTORY BEFORE TRYING THIS MOD.
The mod only edits one particular file, and the whole thing is reworked completely, so rather than spend hours creating a mod file for it, I just put the modifyAttachments.php file in a zip, which you can download from
this thread over at PfaBB.
