Can't understand supermod

How do I install this? I have a fresh install of 1.5.1..

All I see are these files:

Changed Pre-Mods Record/
Includes/
Requested Undo Mods/
Contents.doc
dbaddall.php
Installation Instructions.txt
Super Mod R45.mod
Super Mod Template.mod
Update History.txt


Couldn't understand the instructions. :/
