hmmm well my host (stargate.com) its theirs, I suppose.

Maybe I should ask that differently...

you know of any forums that will work with PhP4.0.6? thats reliable  ;)

Use YaBB SE 1.4.1.  It works with 4.0.6....

Just remember to add some of the security fixes.  (they're in the News board, and other places.)

If you can, get your host to upgrade, though.... 4.0.6 is ancient, and just going to 4.1.0 would do a world of good for compatiblity.
